Everyone has opinions. Easy to want to be helpful. But, as med school students are often told, everything learned in school will be obsolete by the time they enter practice. Knowledge changes fast in many fields.

Who screens these responses to insure they are reliable and not potentially harmful? If harmful, who is legally culpable?
