no one like being misinformed, or worse, proven wrong. With the rise of ambient virtual knowledge assistants, that will become highly visible and quite socially embarrassing. Also, if showrooming is any indication, and grows as I assume it will, the self-behavioral modification in this direction will be stunning, especially for a generation growing up with ambient system. As to digital era asymmetries, not sure what makes that unique.
