Sorry, But You Have Everything Backwards
Seems you are trying to say human intelligence is the essential core reality. That “systems,” which seems to be a synonym for tools/technology, are not real. All of this is erroneous unless you are talking solely about closed systems (which is ultimately an oxymoron). The cosmos is an unfolding of nested evolving systems. Consequently, if self-reproducing organic life emerges anywhere else in the universe (virtual certainty), and has time and conditions to gestate, it will produce intelligent life.
In this respect, it’s important to note other species were using tools/technologies, albeit primitive, before humans came on the scene. Our edge was the technology of symbolic language (e.g., coding), which enabled us to share scenarios. Shared scenarios is invaluable inasmuch as it enabled us to intentionally and systematically embed information and knowledge into tools/technology to offload work for more challenging scenarios and opportunities.
In the end, here on earth and anywhere sentient life emerges it will evolve intelligent tools/technologies that will rival sentient biology. In other words, the cosmos is a about systems that maximize their evolvability. It’s agnostic about the particular vessel.
On my Medium publication, A Passion to Evolve, there are numerous article on these topics you might find interesting. For example:
The most complete detailed description is Macroscopic Evolutionary Paradigm
Shorter and more target to specific system is A Message From the Bow of Civilization
Finally, brief discussion of types of system evolution is The Doc Asks — What Do U No?
