The horizon effect is not a blackhole. In the context of how all systems in the cosmos coevolve, there’s both a trajectory and finite number of high probability generic outcomes. Said differently, we can ascertain the evolutionary trends, nonlinear events, and scenario images of outcomes. What remains to be determined is the actions taken that bias our evolution toward a particular outcome.
