Question: What is Not Part of Nature?

You describe “nature” as the planet and biology. But why is everything else not part of “nature.” Your mountain bike is not part of nature, for example.

My point is simply to broaden the context for what you are advocating. As much as individual lifestyle changes are admirable, every week a new power plant comes online in the world negating all these efforts globally. We need systemic approaches to systemic problems.

Earth will survive and regenerate without us. We might be the organism most at risk.
