Predicting and Forecasting Are Not the Same

Setting aside misinterpretation of biological evolution, every opinion is a form of prediction. But the problem with prediction is that it assumes there is one right answer or solution. Rarely is that true. Rather, systems evolve in ways that can identity directionality. This directionality can then be used to forecast a finite range of outcomes and their respective probabilities.

On my Medium publication, A Passion to Evolve, there are some articles you might find interesting. A longish, but readable big picture understanding of directionality and outcome probabilities can be found in, Macroscopic Evolutionary Paradigm.

Articles focused on knowledge issue can be found in Reducing Education & Knowledge Gaps and Doc says — We’re Approaching An Autodidactic World. There is more related articles on my publication, including economics and wealth creation, but this will get you started.
