Beyond something all agree is a visible, relatively immediate end to all humanity, as depicted in the movie, Melancholia, no. Human beings and human nature do not, have not, experienced such shared eureka moments. Suggesting anyone could create such is the epitome of hubris and arrogance.
The best that any effort at change can hope to accomplish is to create an environment, provide a viable opportunity and show a track record of superior performance and trust
